Aaron Auxier Bio
Here’s the thing about the Las Vegas luxury real estate market – opulence is everywhere - you can’t turn a corner without tripping over the “good life”. However, true luxury doesn’t reveal itself so conveniently – the discerning investor must coax it from its hiding place, using industry knowledge, insider connections, and the power of one of the most respected luxury real estate agents in the city.
Enter, Aaron Auxier – Better known as “Hollywood’s Connection to Vegas”®…
Aaron practices what he calls “Realtainment” – the combination of celebrity real estate, a career in television, and an enlightened approach to life, business, and people. During his career, with gratitude, Aaron has befriended some of the world’s most respected dignitaries, comedians, CEOs, athletes, actors/actresses, and inspirational leaders.
I analyzed how sports and entertainment agents protected their clients best interests. I asked myself what would happen if an athlete or celebrity had to negotiate a $20-million contract alone? It doesn’t happen, so why do they purchase multi-million-dollar properties without exclusive representation?
Did you know you can sacrifice your right to representation by walking into a sales office alone? Aaron protects you: offering a market-wide perspective, listening to your needs, giving you advice, and showing you the ins and outs of individual projects – advocating on your behalf throughout closing.
Once inside a property, Aaron applies professional connections and an extensive knowledge of the high-rise condominium and luxury home market to arrange private tours, sometimes including secret inventory and exclusive pricing opportunities.
Aaron is a Star in the Vegas real estate scene!
In both 2006 and 2007, Aaron was named the top-producing agent at his brokerage and made news appearances on CNBC, FOX News, ABC News, CBS News, and NBC News. In 2007, Aaron set the top-three residential price-per-square-foot records in Las Vegas by selling several penthouses at The Harmon Residences. In 2008, the LV Business Press and Mayor Oscar Goodman awarded Aaron as a Rising Star of Business in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2009, due to sensitive issues, Aaron retired from consulting the media.
Imagine yourself sitting on the balcony of your brand new high-rise condo. The stars begin to twinkle above as the ambiance of the Las Vegas Strip thrives below. You love your location – KUDOS for not making the mistake that so many others in your building made before you.
