Because of an approx. four-mile constraint, the Las Vegas Strip is forced to constantly reinvent itself. Developers pay into the billions for prime-location real estate, parcels of land in and around the “Resort Corridor”. Many times these parcels will feature a tear-down property such as an aging hotel/casino. To recoup the costs of the land, the trend has headed to vertical construction, building properties higher into the sky. The result? Mega-resort developments and luxury high-rise condominium projects above - world-class restaurants, shopping, entertainment, spas, and nightclubs below.
